After graduating from University with a degree in graphic design I quickly found myself plunged into the deep end when I began working in a fast-paced marketing & communications team based in Glasgow. There I was lucky enough to work on some great projects for brands including the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL), Trinty Mirror Group, Next and STV.
I’m passionate about design and specialise in brand development and design for print and digital. This shared love of craft has helped build lasting relationships with clients and creatives throughout Scotland and further afield.
Glasgow is a great place to live and I stay inspired by getting out there and doing things the city. When I’m not geeking out over typography or video games you’ll find me at a gig or at the cinema more often than not.
Throughout college I was designing t-shirts and posters for local bands, this evolved into a steady freelance job and some great work experience. Highlights of which included designing for grammy nominated bands & international clothing brands.
I graduated University in 2012 with a degree in graphic design and after a short time working as a print technician, I started at a busy design studio in Finnieston.
Design is about communication through symbols, a visual language and I enjoy the challenge and variety of working with all the aspects available. For print and for web. Through typography, colour and layout. With illustrations, photography and video. My day is never boring.
I love colour but hailing from the Granite City I have a fondness for grey. In the studio I like to listen to punk, hip-hop and disco, to read comic books and watch standup comedy.
