Animation packages designed to suit your needs

All packages include MP4 (H.264) delivery at 24 FPS, with no additional rendering fees. Need a different runtime or specification? We'll be happy to discuss a custom order.
"Having not used a third party vendor for the production of videos before, when we found Offset Studio, we found an excellent match for what we were trying to achieve. From our very first contact, Camelia was prompt at replying and an excellent communicator throughout the whole project. Her technical knowledge in regard to understanding our product was superb and her script and storyboard, hit the nail on the head. The process was fully colloborative and transparent throughout, we were never left chasing the next steps. All in all, a pleasure to work with, and the end product was just what we were looking for."

How to turn your CAD into Animation

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I have opportunities to request revisions?

Yes. We'll share previews at each stage so you can see how things are coming together. You'll have the opportunity to give feedback and request adjustments before we move on, keeping the project aligned with what you need.

What effects and simulations can be included in a 3D animation?

We can combine mechanical animations with technical effects and simulations to explain complex processes.

Mechanical animations: Moving assemblies, internal mechanisms, component interaction, cutaway views, exploded views, and assembly sequences.

Fluid and airflow: Liquids, air, smoke, gas, flow through pipes, ducts, filters, and process equipment.

Particles and bulk materials: Soil, sand, powders, dust, granules, and other materials moving through machinery or systems.

Material technology: Microscopic-style visuals for coatings, filtration media, surface behaviour, material layers, and internal product details.

Physics simulations: Fabric, flexible materials, soft bodies, rigid-body collisions, gravity, and object interactions.

Using these effects combined with a well thought through story can help show processes that are difficult to see in real life, difficult to film, or happening inside enclosed equipment.

What file formats and resolutions will I receive?

Your finished animation will be delivered as an MP4 file (H.264) at 24 frames per second (FPS), in Full HD (1920 x 1080 px). Our Advanced package includes delivery in 4K.

Need a different file format, resolution or frame rate? Let us know. We'll be happy to work with you on a custom order.

What files do I need to provide?

We'll need CAD files of your products to get started. If you have photographs or videos too, these will help us match the materials and appearance as closely as possible.

If your product doesn't exist yet, no worries! Just let us know the materials, surface treatments, printing methods and finishes you're planning to use. Any material or colour swatches you can share are helpful too.

If you have music or a voiceover that you would like to use, please make sure this is prepared for the start of the project.

Can you provide modelling services?

Yes. If you don't yet have CAD files or 3D models, we can help you build them as part of your animation project. We can also add detail to existing models if they need a little more work before they're ready for rendering.

If your product requires extra props to aid the explanation, these can be created, based on the package chosen

Can you sign an NDA before I share my product files?

Yes, absolutely. We're happy to sign an NDA before the initial call so you can talk through your product range freely.
